Been training with Alejandro for over 5 years! I have a herniated disk in my back, I was constantly having back pain and having to go to the physio for massage. For this reason, I was advised by my doctor to do core strength training. Since I started with Alejandro, I not only do not have back pain anymore and my herniated disk is no longer limiting my day to day life, but the training has multiplier effects on my overall physical (and mental) well being.
